Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee that all services will be performed professionally. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address your concerns.

What Our Guarantee Covers

Our satisfaction guarantee covers:

• Quality of pruning and trimming work performed
• Proper execution of agreed-upon services
• Cleanup and debris removal
• Professional workmanship and technique
• Safety standards and proper care practices

Resolution Process

If you are not satisfied with our services, we will:

1. Listen to your concerns and inspect the work performed
2. Discuss the issues and work with you to find an appropriate solution
3. Return to your property to correct any issues with our work
4. Provide additional service or adjustments as needed at no extra charge

Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence, certain factors are beyond our control. Our guarantee does not cover:

• Natural plant responses to proper pruning techniques
• Weather-related damage occurring after service completion
• Pre-existing plant health issues or conditions
• Pest or disease problems not identified during initial assessment
• Outcomes affected by soil conditions, drainage, or environmental factors
• Damage resulting from failure to follow our care recommendations

Refund Policy

Refunds for tree care and bush pruning services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In most situations, we prefer to correct any issues with additional service rather than provide monetary refunds. However, we will consider partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances where:

• We are unable to provide the agreed-upon service
• Significant errors were made that cannot be corrected
• Services were not performed as specified in the agreement

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion and will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service:

• Notice of 24 hours or more: No cancellation fee
• Notice of less than 24 hours: May be subject to a rescheduling fee
• Same-day cancellation: May be subject to a cancellation fee

If payment has already been made for a cancelled service, we will provide a full refund or apply the payment to a future service, whichever you prefer.

Weather Cancellations

Safety is our priority. We may need to reschedule services due to severe weather, rain, or hazardous conditions. In such cases, there is no cancellation fee, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.

Service Modifications

If during the course of work we discover conditions that require modifications to the planned services, we will:

• Stop work and assess the situation
• Communicate the findings and recommendations to you
• Obtain your approval before proceeding with any changes
• Provide updated pricing for additional work if applicable
